- Butter4 tablespoon
- Panettone Essence1 tablespoon
- Orange Essence1 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Warm Water250 ml
- Wheat Flour500 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Forneavel Chocolate Chips1 cup
- Candied Fruit and Raisins1 cup
- Put the eggs in the blender and beat a little. Then put all the ingredients in the blender, except the wheat flour, and beat some more. Place the blender mixture in a bowl and gradually add the Wheat Flour and mix well.
- When all the dough is homogeneous, divide the dough in two, placing it in another bowl, to make the chocotone with the chocolate chips and the panettone with the candied fruits and raisins. Place the dough in the panettone basket and let it rest for an hour. Then bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
