- Sugar1 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Warm Milk250 ml
- Biological Yeast Powder50 g
- Candied Fruit300 g
- Grape Paste250 g
- Essence of Panettone20 ml
- Orange Zest1 unit(s)
- Cognac50 ml
- In a bowl put the raisins and candied fruits and the brandy. Leave to soak for 15 minutes. Then sift and book.
- Place the eggs, the Panetone essence, the sugar, the butter, the milk and the baking powder in the blender. Beat until everything is mixed.
- In a bowl, put the wheat flour and the ingredients of the blender and mix the dough well until it releases from the hand. Then add the orange zest and the fruit, mix well into the dough.
- Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest until it increases in volume. Then divide the dough into Panetone molds and bake until golden.
