- Oat flour50 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Water or milk2 cup
- Avocado1 unit(s)
- Tomato2 cup
- Onion4 tablespoon
- Chopped coriander to taste
- Sliced arugula1 cup
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Mix eggs, flour, salt, oil, milk or water until pancake-like, fry each dough and set aside.
- Remove the pulp from the avocado, mash it well, add the tomato, onion, coriander, salt and lemon mix well.
- For the salad mix the tomato, arugula, salt and lemon.
- Assemble the pasta, guacamole and salad. And it's ready.
