Bate bem o ovo.
Em uma frigideira fogo baixo adicione fio de azeite e corte a banana em 3 partes iguais e em seguida adicione em volta da banana o ovo batido e o queijo. Espere dourar de um lado, para virar de outro lado sem quebrar, usei uma escumadeira grande, depois que dourar. Adicione a Canela a gosto.
