Wheat flour1 cup
Milk1/2 cup
Butter2 tablespoon
Eggs2 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Yeast1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce to taste
Stuffing of your choice to taste

Mix all the dough ingredients.
Place the dough in a skillet until golden on both sides.
Add the tomato sauce and the stuffing of your choice to the skillet, finishing with cheese and oregano to taste.
Cover the skillet until the cheese melts.
For the stuffing use your imagination you can combine chicken, cottage cheese, meat, cheeses, pepperoni, heart of palm... or even use sweet fillings!
