  • Tomato to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Egg1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the tomato and onion and set aside
  2. Mix milk, egg, wheat flour and a pinch of salt, and the olive oil until well blended.
  3. Then grease a skillet with butter and heat.
  4. With a bean ladle, place the dough in the fryer and spread it out so that it is well rounded.
  5. As soon as one side is cooked, turn and add the tomato sauce and spread with a spoon.
  6. Add cheese, oregano, tomato and onion
  7. Close the skillet to melt the cheese.
  8. Then I do the same process with the rest of the dough.
  9. Note; the filling is to taste
