Pamonha Cake with Nutella

  • Coconut milk glass1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Coconut Flakes Pack1 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Nutella to taste
  1. In the blender place the corn, coconut milk, condensed milk, milk, eggs, butter and flour.
  2. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  3. Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the coconut and yeast. Stir gently.
  4. Place the dough in a greased and floured loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, wait to cool, disinform and cover with Nutella.
