- Whey20 g
- 100% cocoa powder1 teaspoon
- Banana1 unit(s)
- Coconut Chips to taste
- *Pre-preparation* Put all the base ingredients in a glass jar with a lid, mix well, cover and take it to the fridge overnight - 5 hours onwards is enough time to give a good consistency.
- Then just assemble by making layers: 1. Hydrated chia pudding. 2. Whey Brigadeiro (whey, 100% cocoa and a little water). 3. Banana slices. 4. On top, place the rest of the chopped banana with chia and cinnamon powder and coconut flakes. 👌🏼 Excellent breakfast or supper option. Try it!!!
