- Type 1 wheat flour500 g
- Warm water11/2 cup
- Yeast10 g
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- sausage500 g
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
- Then add the type 1 flour little by little.
- Transfer to a bench and knead until the dough is smooth.
- Return the dough to the bowl and let rise until doubled in volume.
- Once this is done, open the dough on the floured bench and cut into strips not too thin.
- Wrap a sausage in each strip of these and put it in a refractory
- Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
