- Cooking cream150 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Honey80 g
- Nuts to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Beat the eggs with the cream and honey.
- Dip two slices of bread and place them in a pan. Sprinkle each slice generously with chopped walnuts.
- Dip the other two slices in the eggs and place them on top of the first two.
- We sprinkle each sandwich with a little honey.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
