- Wheat flour500 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk100 ml
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Sugar2 dessert spoon
- Organic Yeast40 g
- Cheese and ham300 g
- In a bowl add warm milk, butter, salt, sugar, egg and lastly the yeast until diluted (it can be dry yeast)
- Then add the flour little by little.
- Now knead the dough until it is very smooth, about 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rest with a cloth on top of 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Then make balls and add the cheese and ham in the middle.
- After filling, brush with egg yolk and bake until golden.
