- Sour cream400 g
- Margarine100 g
- Wheat flour750 g
- Salt (shallow)1 tablespoon
- Pinch of sugar1 to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Knead the dough well.
- I took it to rest for almost 1 hour.
- Open the thin dough and fill to taste.
- Just brush with egg.a little water a pinch of sugar and a drizzle of oil.
- Place in an already greased shape and leave for 30 minutes baking.
- Mine took a little longer.
