  • Recipe
  • Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Margarine150 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Stuffing of your choice (I used chicken) to taste
  1. Mix the flour, margarine, egg, salt and vinegar
  2. Mix well until the dough is homogeneous.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Open the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface and cut into 20 pieces (or as many as you like)
  5. Stuff the dough, close and brush with egg yolk.
  6. Bake in preheated 180°C oven for 40 minutes
  7. Serve :)
