- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Margarine150 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
- Warm water1 cup
- Stuffing of your choice (I used chicken) to taste
- Mix the flour, margarine, egg, salt and vinegar
- Mix well until the dough is homogeneous.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface and cut into 20 pieces (or as many as you like)
- Stuff the dough, close and brush with egg yolk.
- Bake in preheated 180°C oven for 40 minutes
- Serve :)
