  1. Mix the cream, margarine and salt. Add the flour little by little until you form a smooth dough that doesn't stick to your hands (between 2 to 3 cups of flour, it will depend on the humidity of your flour) and make a ball with the dough. You can now open the dough and make the disks, but I like to put the plastic wrap and take it to the fridge for at least 15 minutes, I think it's better to open and also more crispy after it bakes.
  2. While the dough rests, prepare your favorite filling. It can be shredded chicken with cottage cheese, ground beef, ham and cheese or pepperoni pepperoni that I love!
  3. When you open the dough you will make it very thin and cut circles the size you prefer, it can be with these pastel molds, or with a lid from a jar you have around. Place the cold stuffing preferably in the center of each disc and close with your fingers or a fork, just seal the opening. Brush with a beaten egg and bake in a greased shape, preheated oven to 180°C until golden.
