- Black pepper, or Syrian pepper1 to taste
- Cumin1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Half a bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Olive oil, or coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Put the wheat for kibe in a bowl and let it hydrate with water, put the amount to leave all the wheat moist, 1 cup or a little more if you need it, let it hydrate for an hour, and set it aside,
- Take the onion, garlic cloves, quetro, bell pepper, mint, cumin, black pepper, or Syrian pepper, put everything in the processsdor until everything is crushed, it can be chopped too.
- Take 250 grams of ground beef, put the seasoning you made in the processor, or chopped, and then mix it with the kibbeh wheat, and put the olive oil, in my recipe I used coconut oil but it's to your taste, mix everything and work well in the dough
- Then just take a greased shape with olive oil, and put the kibe dough all over the roast, and on the edges of the roast and reserve the other part to cover
- Here at home, I used two fillings, half ground beef, and the other half cheese, but you can make all of cheese, or all of ground beef, I sautéed the other half of the ground beef with just onions, let it cook, and then put it in the oven. baking dish on top of the first layer of kibbeh dough, and the other half I put 250 grams of cheese (you can use the cheese you prefer or curd) and then cover everything with the rest of the kibe dough
- Drizzle a little olive oil on top, preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees, and bake for 40 minutes.
