Ingredients

  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Milk | 20 ml
  • Carrot | 20 g
  • Onion | 20 g
  • Chives and coriander | 20 g
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon

Recipe

  1. Lightly beat the eggs and add the milk, carrots, onions, cilantro and chives, mixing until smooth. In a lightly greased frying pan, add some of the liquid and spread when it is firm. Roll it up, and add another portion of the liquid at the tip, keep doing this until you finish your omelet. Serve with soy sauce
