- Orange zest to taste
- Beat the orange juice, eggs, oil, sugar and zest in a blender.
- Add the wheat flour, sifting little by little. If necessary, transfer to a container and mix until a homogeneous mass.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix slowly.
- Transfer to a greased shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 min.
