- Unleavened Wheat Flour1.1/2 cup
- Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Orange juice1/2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- In a blender, beat the oil, sugar, orange zest, eggs and orange juice (the first five ingredients).
- After beaten, add the dry ingredients (minus the yeast) and mix in your hands.
- After everything is well homogeneous, add the yeast and mix gently.
- Take the dough in a greased and floured shape (25 cm) for about 45 minutes or until the cake is golden.
- Bring the orange juice (1/2 cup) and the sugar (1/2 cup) to a boil until it boils and add the still hot syrup to the cake when ready.
