Margarine4 tablespoon
Wheat flour with yeast3 cup
Corn starch1 cup
Sugar3 cup
Orange juice1 cup
Orange zest (optional)0 to taste

Separate the whites from the yolks and beat in snow
Add the margarine, the yolks and beat until smooth.
Add the sugar and beat until well blended.
Add the self-rising wheat flour and cornstarch, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add the egg whites and orange juice
When it is well mixed, add the orange zest (optional) and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
