Tomato2 tablespoon
Onion2 tablespoon
Parsley and chives2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Cheese4 unit(s)

Beat the eggs and set aside.
I chopped the onion, tomato, parsley and chives very finely.
I added the chopped ingredients to the beaten eggs, put the salt and oregano.
Place in a non-stick skillet and cover with the lid to cook evenly.
After about 3 minutes I took the lid off, put the cheese on and folded it in half. I left it a few more minutes and it's done.
