- Oregano | to taste

Recipe
- Beat the eggs and set aside.
- I chopped the onion, tomato, parsley and chives very finely.
- I added the chopped ingredients to the beaten eggs, put the salt and oregano.
- Place in a non-stick skillet and cover with the lid to cook evenly.
- After about 3 minutes I took the lid off, put the cheese on and folded it in half. I left it a few more minutes and it's done.
