Oatmeal with Whey

Start by hydrating the oat bran.
Just add the oatmeal with the water and let it rest for 10 minutes;
Then transfer the already hydrated oatmeal to a deep pan, add the whey (I used chocolate) and cocoa (optional), mix well until smooth;
Take it to the low fire and mix without stopping until it thickens well;
Turn off the heat, add the sweetener if necessary;
Transfer to another container and add the goodies you want;
Serve hot or iced! It's magnificent.
