- Oat flour | 01 cup
- Ricotta Cream | 02 tablespoon
- Water | 02 tablespoon
- Salt | to taste
- Sesame | to taste
- In a bowl mix everything until you form a firm and homogeneous dough, open with a rolling pin and cut with mold or with an upturned bowl. Stuff with your preference and mash the tip with a fork, sprinkle sesame on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
