  • Oat flakes1 cup
  • Warm water100 ml
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Bacon2 tablespoon
  • Broccoli1 cup
  • Minas Cheese100 g
  • Sesame1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. For the dough, in a container, place the oatmeal, warm water, butter and salt. Mix well until the dough is consistent and detaches from your hands like cookie dough.
  2. For the filling, in a skillet, fry the bacon. Then add the chopped broccoli and cook until it is al dente. Pass the cheese on the grater to facilitate the assembly of the pastel.
  3. To assemble, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin and cut into circles, place the stuffing and close the pastel normally with a fork. To finish, brush an egg yolk over the pastries and a little sesame.
  4. Place the pastries in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, until golden. Use your creativity to prepare other fillings. To accompany, prepare a salad!
