- Stevia50 g
- Wholemeal flour100 g
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Margarine100 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- In a bowl mix the oat flakes, stevia, wholemeal flour, cinnamon, margarine, eggs and mix well.
- Sprinkle a tray with flour and separate small amounts of dough with a spoon.
- Shape the dough mounds with the back of the spoon.
- Place in the oven at 225º and bake for about 15 minutes.
