Bran/Oatmeal2 tablespoon
Flocão2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Seasonings to taste
Stuffing1 to taste

Place the egg in a container deep enough to mix the ingredients, and if you prefer, beat it before adding the other ingredients.
Put oatmeal and flakes in the bowl with the egg and mix.
Add salt and seasonings of your choice.
Then transfer the mixture to a frying pan over medium or low heat and spread until it reaches the shape of a pancake, bake observing it, so it doesn't burn, check if the edge is already dropping from the frying pan.
Once you notice that the pancake is coming off the pan, flip it over and let the other side bake (you can put the filling while it is baking, or after it is done)
