- Egg white2 unit(s)
- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder (optional)1 tablespoon
- Sweetener to taste
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Vanilla or Chocolate Whey20 g
- In a bowl, mash half a banana. Add the egg, whites, oats, cocoa (optional), sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or grill, greased with butter and throw in 1 ladle of the mixture. Leave until released and turn sideways.
- Makes 5 to 6 pancakes.
- Dilute the whey with approximately 4 tablespoons of water to form a cream. Serve the pancakes with the other half of the sliced banana and the whey syrup.
- You can use powdered milk instead of whey.
