  • bread yeast tablets2 unit(s)
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Water11/2 cup
  • Sunflower oil1/2 cup
  • Oat flakes11/2 cup
  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Mix all ingredients in refractory. Add the water, oil, salt, oat flakes and wheat flour and then the yeast.
  2. Knead well until the dough doesn't stick to your hands. Let it rest in a bowl for 45 min.
  3. Then make buns and place in greased shape and let rise for 30 min.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
