- Salt, parsley to taste
- Blend the ingredients in a blender. Grease a frying pan with oil and add some of the dough. Flip on both sides until golden.
- Fill as you prefer your pancake. If you want, cover the pancakes with the sauce of your choice and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 15 minutes.
