Oregano, green smell, granulated garlic | 1 to taste
Recipe
In the bowl of the mixer, put the warm water, yeast and sugar, mix and let the sponge form for about 10 minutes. Cover with a cloth. After this time, put it to beat in a mixer with the dough hook, for about 5 minutes. If you don't have this type of mixer, you can knead it on a bench for about 10 minutes. Let the dough rise for an hour. Always in a closed place (I put it inside the microwave with a dish towel on top). Make rolls (snakes) and make some little knots, cutting the ends, the excess dough. Go putting it in a shape, giving a space between one little knot and another. Cover again with a cloth and let rise for about 30 minutes. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the garlic cream: in a bowl, mix the melted butter, crushed garlic, salt, oil and herbs. Brush on top of the nuts and bake until lightly golden. About 30 minutes in the oven.
Serve hot..it's delicious..
