- In a pan add the potatoes and carrots cut into cubes, also add the chopped vegetables to taste the black pepper two cups of water, salt to taste and bring to the boil to cook.
- When the vegetables are cooked add the tomato sauce to the sausages in slices and let it cook for a few more minutes.
