Em uma bacia funda misture bem todos os ingredientes, até formar uma massa lisa e homogênea.

In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients well, until you form a smooth and homogeneous mass.

Faça bolinhas e distribua em uma forma untada. Pressione levemente com um garfo cada bolinha para achatar.

Make balls and distribute in a greased shape. Press each ball lightly with a fork to flatten.

Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido a 180°C por aproximadamente 15 min.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 min.

Opcional: você pode mergulhar o biscoito totalmente ou pela metade em chocolate derretido e deixar secar. Sirva com café!

Optional: You can dip the cookie half or full in melted chocolate and let it dry. Serve with coffee!
