Pour the natural yogurt and vanilla into the milk and stir well, after that put the liquid in glasses or a single platter and take it to the microwave or oven off, the important thing is that you put it in a dark place.
Cover the pots with a cloth or more than one cloth, if your oven is not so dark, also put a cloth on the door.
It has to be that way for fermentation.
This process takes 8 to 12 hours, so it's best to do it overnight.
After the time, take it to the fridge for 2 hours to freeze.
