Mushrooms in filo pastry

Overlay 3 layers of puff pastry, brush with melted butter and place in the desired shape to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms. Add the other ingredients and cook for 4 minutes.
Unmold the filo pastry and fill with the mushrooms.
Finish with alfalfa sprouts
