- Half a spoon of salt1/2 teaspoon
- Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Black pepper1 dessert spoon
- Grated Mozzarella50 g
- medium chopped tomato1 to taste
- Eggs2 to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix half the salt, the Oregano and Black Pepper, the mozzarella and the tomato. Reserve. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Beat the eggs, add the rest of the salt and pour into the skillet. Let it brown slightly.
