  • Milk500 ml
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to a boil (when it is hot, it does not need to be boiling), the margarine, salt and sugar.
  2. Stir a little to dissolve the sugar and margarine.
  3. When you feel that the milk is boiling, add al Gradually add the wheat flour without stopping to stir so it doesn't clump and the wheat gets raw
  4. When you feel the dough thickening, add wheat and stir well to cook the dough.
  5. Go on and on until the dough comes off the bottom of the pan and turns into a ball in the center of the pan
  6. If the dough gets soft, add a little more wheat and keep stirring even with the fire off.
  7. With the dough already cold, sprinkle wheat on a surface and with the pastel roll open the dough,
  8. Cut the dough open with a circular object the size you want. Ex: cup, fiber stick, roll for pastel, etc.
