Wheat flour (sifted)2 cup
Eggs (separate the yolks)3 unit(s)
sugar1.1/2 cup
margarine1/2 tablespoon
milk1 cup
Chocolate powder (I used 37% cocoa)4 tablespoon
Salt0 to taste
Baking powder1 tablespoon

In the mixer, beat the yolks, margarine and sugar until you get a homogeneous cream.
Add the milk and beat some more. Add the wheat flour little by little.
In another bowl, place the egg whites and a pinch of salt. Whisk until they are very firm.
Pour the beaten egg whites into the dough and mix carefully.
Then add the yeast
In a greased shape (the way you prefer), pour half the dough.
In the other half, pour the chocolate powder and mix well.
Then put the chocolate dough in the shape along with the other.
Bake at 180° for 35 to 40 min (depends on the oven!).
