- In a bowl, dissolve the yeast with the sugar until liquid. Then add the other ingredients. Remember to add the flour little by little. Knead the dough well and let it rest for 40 minutes or until it doubles in size. After that, just stretch the dough with the roller, releasing the dough from the table well so it doesn't shrink. ➡️ Cut the discs with a cutter to the desired size ➡️ I used the mouth of the glass to cut ➡️ My glass is 7 cm in the mouth Place the already cut dough discs in a greased shape with margarine and wheat flour, pierce the discs very lightly with a fork. ➡️ Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Put the dough discs to pre-bake for 10 minutes too. ➡️ The stuffing you can use the one of your preference. ➡️ In mine I used tomato sauce, ham, mozzarella, tomato and oregano but there goes your taste. ➡️ A tip is to use the grated fillings it's better and prettier I hadn't used sliced anyway ➡️ To freeze, remove the records that were pre-roasted let it cool down well, pack in bags for freezing. ➡️ Frozen discs last up to 90 days ➡️ When defrosting, just take it out of the freezer and leave it in the fridge overnight. ➡️ Two assemble the pizza and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts
