- In a medium pan, add the oil and heat over high heat. Add the ground beef and saute for 8 minutes, or until the liquid formed dries up. Add the olives, tomato pulp, SAZÓN® Seasoning, salt and egg, and mix. Remove from heat and let cool. Cut the pastry dough into 24 rectangles measuring 5 x 10 cm and place 2 level tablespoons of the filling in the center of each one. Brush the edge with water, fold them in half and close the sides with the help of a fork. Deep-fry in not too hot oil for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
