  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Butter150 g
  • warm water300 ml
  • Garlic Cloves1 unit(s)
  • grated onion2 unit(s)
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Green Cheiro, Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a bowl, place the flour, butter and salt. Dissolve until it forms a crumb. Finally, add the warm water and mix until you get a consistent dough. Let it rest for about 15 minutes. Fry the garlic and onion first. When they are golden, add the meat, tomato and seasonings. Let it dry on the fire and set aside. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a clean, dry surface. Cut the pastries and fill to taste. Then fry in very hot oil. Remove from heat, place on plate, on top of a paper towel, and let drain.
