  • Wheat for kibbeh250 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Boiling water500 ml
  • Mint1 tablespoon
  • Green Smell2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese300 g
  1. Add the wheat for kibbeh to hot water in a basin and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the water very well, with the help of a cloth, press it well until it is almost dry (as much as possible)
  3. Now mix all the ingredients all very well cut, if possible pass them all in the multi-processor.
  4. After everything is well mixed, a beautiful homogeneous mass, make balls and in the middle put the curd in not very small amounts now just give the shape to the kibbeh.
  5. Now you can fry in hot oil, put in the airfryer for about 15 minutes.
