- Sugar1 cup
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Beat the egg, margarine, essence, sugar and milk. In a separate bowl, place the flour and yeast. Add gradually, without beating, just incorporating what has already been beaten into this mixture. Bake in mini cupcake molds in oven at 180 degrees for about 20/25 minutes.
- After cooling, I covered it with whipped cream. Makes 40 mini cupcakes.
