  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Warm milk (more for hot)01 cup
  • Grated cured cheese03 cup
  • Margarine01 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs04 unit(s)
  1. Warm the milk, oil and margarine together. Hydrate the sweet sprinkle. Allow to cool (so you don't cook the eggs when you add them)
  2. Add all the grated cheese, knead and add the eggs. Knead well with your hands. The dough point is a smooth dough, looking like a modeling clay. Roll up the cookies. The oven has to be very hot to receive the cookies. It's ready when it's golden. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
