- Pastry dough1 to taste
- ground beef1 kg
- shredded mozzarella cheese300 g
- oregano2 unit(s)
- chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- chopped bell pepper1 unit(s)
- tomato paste4 tablespoon
- beef bouillon cube2 unit(s)
- oil1 can(s)
- paper towel1 unit(s)
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil with the chopped onion, let it brown and add the ground beef.
- Add the tomato and pepper little by little. Add the salt to your taste and the meat stock. Finally, add the tomato paste and let it cook.
- On a dry and clean surface, spread the dough and start filling with the chopped mozzarella.
- Finally, place the meat and close the dough.
- In a frying pan add enough oil to cover the pastries. Let it heat up well and then fry the pastries.
- Line a tray with paper towels and place the pastries. They are ready to serve.
