In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil with the chopped onion, let it brown and add the ground beef.
Add the tomato and pepper little by little. Add the salt to your taste and the meat stock. Finally, add the tomato paste and let it cook.
On a dry and clean surface, spread the dough and start filling with the chopped mozzarella.
Finally, place the meat and close the dough.
In a frying pan add enough oil to cover the pastries. Let it heat up well and then fry the pastries.
Line a tray with paper towels and place the pastries. They are ready to serve.
