Ingredients

  • Ground beef | 500 g
  • Wheat flour | 8 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Diced onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs | 2 cup
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Beaten eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Oil for frying | 200 ml

Recipe

  1. Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add the meat, salt and seasonings of your choice. Mix 2 tablespoons of wheat flour in the milk and place in the ground beef. Stir well and wait for it to cool
  2. And 3 plates put the rest of the wheat flour, in the other the beaten eggs and in the other the breadcrumbs.
  3. Make balls or whatever shape you prefer. Dip the balls one by one, first in the flour, then in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in very hot oil
