  • 50 g of unsalted magarine50 g
  • 20 g of powdered milk or 50 g of liquid milk20 g
  • 1 kg of wheat flour1 kg
  • 200 g of sugar200 g
  • 10 g of salt10 g
  • 30 g of fresh yeast30 g
  • 500 ml of water or to the point500 ml
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the lite powder, flour, sugar (set aside 3 tbsp) and salt.
  2. Make a hole in the middle, add the egg, margarine, yeast in 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the water little by little until you get a uniform dough and you can knead it.
  4. Knead the dough very well and form rolls with the dough.
  5. Cut the rolls into pieces of 4 fingers each, forming the tube.
  6. Place the tube in a greased shape and let it rise for 20 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven until lightly golden.
  8. Don't let it blush too much, if it doesn't get too heavy.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
