- Liquid whole milk800 ml
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- In the blender put the milk, eggs, milk and butter. Beat for 2 minutes to homogenize.
- Add the wheat flour and beat for another 1 minute. This dough doesn't take yeast and it's very liquid, that's the right point.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold (22 cm in diameter) with a central hole.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 60-90 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, wait to cool down and unmold.
- Then serve this wonderful milk cake girl!
