- wheat flour1 kg
- Sugar8 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Margarine90 g
- Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk powder50 g
- Room temperature milk500 ml
- First add the flour, sugar, salt and mix very well. . .
- Then add the powdered milk, margarine and liquid milk. Mix well and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let it rest until it doubles in volume. (It should take about two hours).
- Then divide the dough into two equal parts and shape the buns. Place in greased and floured form. Let it rest once more until it doubles in volume. This will last another two hours
- Bake in oven at 200° for about 45 minutes.
