- In a bowl mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the butter, condensed milk and warm water, mix well.
- Then add the biological yeast and finally the wheat until it reaches the point, stir the dough well for 10 minutes, let it double in volume.
- Then model to your liking, let it rise again, pass egg yolk mixed with milk.
- Place in a preheated oven at 210° for 30 minutes.
